How to install php protobuf on openserver?

Good afternoon. I want to ask experts how to install php protobuf on an open server or where to get php protobuf compiler so that it works under windows system? I don't have Ubuntu or OSX on hand.
I rummaged through a lot of material, they advise compiling from under Visual Studio, etc.
If you faced such a problem, how did you solve it?
