Openserver hosts changes?

I have when there is a daw "Do not make changes to the hosts file", Openserver starts. And if I remove the daw, then it does not start. Can I somehow make it run when the checkbox is enabled?

Run as Administrator. It is clear that the program cannot make changes to hosts without administrator rights.
