What is cyggcc_s-1.dll and what to do if it is missing?

Before that, everything was fine with OpenServer (5.2.2), I needed to install mongodb to work, installed it, restarted the server, an error occurs, the cyggcc_s-1.dll file is missing. I looked, this is generally a system file, while everything else starts and works, where can I install this file and where can I get it from?
