Does OpenServer require a port number in the URL?

Hey!
I am transferring a WordPress site from my hosting to my local PC.
Just recently started using OpenServer instead of Denwer.
Why are my sites in openserver accessible by url only with a port number? like site.ru:80
Is it removed somehow? So that only the domain could go to site.ru
If you can not remove the indication of the port number, then when transferring cms, all links should be rewritten to such?
For example:
www.site.ru:80/administrator
www.site.ru:80/img
www.site.ru:80/cashe Rename
links everywhere

ANSWER:
The port is mandatory if a non-standard port is specified, in my case it was 88.
The standard port 80 for http was busy, so it needed to be freed.
Two ways:
1) Skype. In the settings, uncheck additionally use ports 80 and 443
2) In Windows services, disable the Web Publishing Service
After freeing port 80, you need to enter it in the OpenServer settings and use "clean" domains

@alejandro68

443 - https
80 - http
all the rest - must be written explicitly.

For HTTP, port 80 is standard, so it is not necessary to specify it. But you could remove it and try to go to the received url C:
