Openfire + AD + Russian group names in AD?
Hello.
Faced the following problem: there is a lifted openfire 3.9.3 and AD on win2k8 r2. Groups in AD are created in Russian (i.e., by type "Information Technology Department", "Sales Department", etc.). There were no problems connecting openfire to AD. But I would like to limit the number of users to some groups from AD. To do this, I use the filter (&(objectClass=group)(|(cn=Information Technology Department)(cn=Sales Department))). So - when creating a filter, everything is fine, but after restarting openfire in the filter settings, the group name is displayed with questions, therefore no filtering occurs. Tell me where to dig?
Base on muscle (jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/openfire?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&characterSetResults=UTF-8).
All tables in the database are in utf-8 (general_ci).

Russian names, of course, are not good ... As an option, create security groups, give them English names, shove users into them and distribute rights with the help of groups.
By the way, and if you include in quotes, it does not help?
