How to make a dual block markup?

Hello. There is an ssd, I broke it into 2 approximately equal parts, I installed windows on one, the second is empty. How and with what utility is it better to mark up this second part so as not to hurt another system?

Use fdisk, just don't touch the windows partitions.
Then you can restore:
sfdisk /dev/sda < sda.dump
