opencv_createsamples.exe stopped working Why and how to fix?

After solving the last question There is no opencv_createsamples.exe in the folder , a new one appeared:

When typing into the console: opencv_createsamples.exe -info C:\Users\Erikk\Desktop\Diplom\real-time-object-detection\Now\FacialRecognitionProject\Vib\Good .dat -vec samples.vec -w 60 -h 20
Gives an error and stops the window: 5c87f2b846ec9998522469.jpegWhy is this:? and how to fix?
