Where can I get data for credit scoring?

Tell me where to find data for building a scoring model, preferably for the Russian segment. I know that Tinkoff Bank held competitions in machine learning and applied a good base, but there the column about which bank the lender took a loan acts as an assessment. I also need data with the status of the loan repayment (1 - the lender returned the loan; 0 - did not return).

I think that such data is a very serious know-how of any bank, which it does not share, let alone widely disseminate. This is not ordinary marketing or real estate prices. Everything is much more serious here. And more expensive.
