How to study math for AI and ML? And what exactly to study?

Guys, such a question about AI, ML (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning)
What do you need to know to write them? (not programming languages, namely in mathematics). After reading, I found out what you need to know:
1. Mathematical Statistics
2. Probability theory,
3. Discrete mathematics
4. Linear algebra
5. Mathematical analysis.
Is that true, or will the list be shorter? Or vice versa longer. And I would like to know where it is better to learn these topics) I am a person who learns less theory, but more practice. In practice, I understand some topics best, so I would like to study mathematics like programming. Average theory, but more practice :)
