Opencart subcategories not showing up?

I use CMS Opencart , in the product/product product card, if you go through the menu in the category and then in the subcategories and go to the product, the categories in the product/product product card are displayed in $column_left , but if you go through the search or through the "Promotions" into the card there are no subcategories for the product... What could be the problem, the code is the same...

There are problems in the urls.
When you go through the categories, the url looks like this
/category/sub-category/item
and when you just follow the link, it turns out:
/item
These are duplicate pages - you need to get rid of them.
I'm right? After all, such are your urls?
