Opencart 3 nothing happens when you click on “confirm order”?

At the last step of placing an order (order confirmation), when you click on the "confirm" button, nothing happens, there are no js or php errors;

Disabled all protections against robots / scammers. There are no payment modules other than cod (payment upon receipt seems to be called as standard out of the box (changed the name in the language file)) I copied the cod file 2 times, that is, I have 3 of them - cod, cod2, cod3 Naturally changed the names everywhere in copied files (for example, in the copied cod file, everywhere instead of cod changed to cod2 and also with cod3)

files changed everything, admin (controller/view/model), catalog (controller/view/model) did not touch anything else

Why can the button not work yet?

In the settings on the mail and store tabs, the mail is the same, on the mail tab of the Yandex smtp settings, with the mail settings 100% everything is in order
