What does this bug say when installing a module in Opencart?

opencart

appears almost immediately after pressing the "Download" button in Ocmod (site admin)
module NewsBlog (free), version Ocstore 2.3. The Quickfix module is also installed. No more modules installed. Interestingly, the same module was installed on another site without this problem.

Directory error or something else?

Update modifiers and then install modules
