Open Server, MAMP won't start?

I had Open Server, and I also installed mysql separately, now Open Server does not work, Xammp also tried to delete it, it didn’t help, tell me if there are any options to fix it somehow? I deleted everything from the PC, MySQL is not on the PC, I cleaned the registry, please help.

There are ports in the OpenServer settings. Change the MariaDb port.
