Open Server 4.5.6 - Startup Failed - Memcached Server?

The new version immediately crashes on startup, referring to the "Failed to start Memcached Server" error in the logs.
Who faced, unsubscribe how to solve the problem?

Memcached is the only Open Server module that runs as a service for the duration of its operation (at startup, the service is installed, when the server is stopped, the service is deleted back). Otherwise, he simply does not know how to work.
Normally, and as it should be, when the server stops the memcached service (service) is deleted, but if you kill the Open Server process or some other failure occurs, this situation may occur. The next time you start (even a different OS version and from a different folder), memcached swears that such a service is already installed and therefore the server does not start.
A couple of solutions to the problem:
1) Kill memcached.exe in the processes, then restart the server twice (it doesn't matter if the startup fails). The second time Open Server should start.
2) Delete the folder with memcached module from Open Server, it will work without it.
In the next update of Open Server, I will already solve this problem.

I had this problem, I changed the port (to any free one) - I tried to start it, it didn’t start.
Put back 11211 and it started.

I have the same error, I tried it on the default port, and on some others.
Open Server does not want to start.

In previous versions, it was like this, if you just run the memcache from the executable, it announced the absence of libraries, I downloaded them and threw them into the directory with the binaries - it helped.

open server uses the same port as skype. if the old version closed skype at startup, then after the update, until I close skype, the server will not start. When I try to start it, the message immediately pops up: "Startup failed".
So when you run it, make sure there are no programs running on the same port as the open server.
