Open graph how to force NOT to add a title and description to a link?

If left empty
<meta property="og:title" content="" />
, it is pulled from the description meta, which I do not need. As I understand it, social networks are trying to pull out a description at any cost and trying to substitute a dummy
<meta property="og:title" content="&nbsp;" />
does not change anything. How to implement the ability to repost a link with only one image and the link itself?

The presentation of opengraph data pulled from the site is the area of influence of the social network itself.
If VK and Facebook do not want to leave links without a title, they will ignore an empty or too short tag, choosing a title on their own.
Good comparison: Google will ignore the empty (and sometimes just repeating) description meta tag, substituting the text of its choice there.
