Only right cooler works on macbook pro 13 2017?

Hello everyone, I downloaded the program for setting up the cooler, and so, I set it to 4000 rpm, then I put my hand under the right cooler, everything works, I put it on the left one, there is no air. Is this how it should be or does the left one still not work?

Do you have a simple model or with a TouchBar? What is the program?
On 13 without TouchBar, there is only one cooler, just on the right side.
It happens that the application itself incorrectly recognizes the hardware, in this case, the number of coolers.
The same macs Fan for firmware 15'' 2018 does not see temperature readings on 5m and 6m CPU cores.
