Online store balances in real time

Good afternoon.

There is an online store and there is 1c7, in which an offline store sells, everything is done in it. Now the balances are uploaded to the online store every 2 hours by uploading to a file from 1s7 and uploading to the database of the online store.

The current mechanism has its own limit, once every 5-10 minutes to synchronize is the limit.

What are the mechanisms to make the residuals as close to real time as possible? It is not necessary to be attached to 1s7. Just wondering how it can be done.

I would be grateful for any links and personal experience

The most approximate is to receive data directly from 1C. With all the consequences (load on the server, etc.).
In 1C 8 there is a web services mechanism .
If you don't set aside a certain amount of an item specifically for selling in an online store, it's very difficult to get real-time inventory synchronization. In reality, in most cases, synchronization of balances in real time is not needed, synchronization after a certain period of time is enough.

Technically possible. The only question is resources.
If you have 10 documents per minute that affect balances, then you will get 10 synchronizations per minute. Will your web server pull such a load? Will your 1C server pull such a load?
In addition, such synchronization is replication, which in itself is very difficult to implement.
