Does anyone have software for automatically changing proxies every minute?

I want to set up automatic browsing of the site using a proxy. In the open spaces of HABRA, I saw the author's addon to Proxifire, which allows you to configure this process in a couple of clicks, but the author does not get in touch. Maybe someone handy has something similar?
