online store and cash desk
Hello.
If an individual entrepreneur has an online store, should he have a cash desk registered with the tax office for cash payments? Or will the cash register be enough without the eccles?
or an invoice from a komus with a seal will also work?
Interested in the legality of the issue, it would be best with the invoice, of course. But is it legal?

The best answer to this question is your tax office. Because with a strap-on, if anything, they will come to you :)
Depends on the taxation system. With UTII, a strict reporting form with a seal will be rolled out. With the simplified tax system, a cash desk is required. I can’t say for sure about the ECLZ for the USN.
an online store is no different from an “offline store” in this regard, IMHO
why do you need a cash register if you don't work with cash?
If an individual entrepreneur is on the simplified tax system, you accept cash (and even more so trade!), There are 2 options:
- a cash desk with an ECLZ (we chose this option)
- a courier service with a cash service
Invoices are important for yurikov. You can not give physicists, or a sales receipt if you really need it.
