Is there such a plugin for Sublime Text so that at least 2 people can write code in one file? If not, please write where it is at all possible.

Actually, this is a bad idea. I personally use PHPStorm, there is a synchronization function in the settings. if a new file has appeared, two buttons "Replace file" or "Pull new" appear. But even this does not save you from errors and you need to warn another encoder that you will change this or that script.
