Online accounting program with a mobile application?
Good day.
I am the owner of a retail point of sale for photo souvenirs.
There was a need for cloud software in order to see online how much the seller sold, how much was in the cash register, what he wrote off, etc. + a mobile application was needed to monitor and add goods from the phone.
Basic software requirements
1. Separation of user rights
2. Cashier's workplace (selected goods, sold, mixed sale card / cash) only these functions to prevent theft.
3.Personal account for analytics, acceptance of goods, etc.
4.Mobile application
5.Stable operation
6.Simple, modern interface
I went through a lot of systems both in the Russian market and abroad, many have colorful videos where the seller pokes an iPad, prints a check and everyone is happy BUT!
We register, install the cashier application, start work and start:
1. there is no accounting for the balance of goods
- why not technical support answer? I was somewhat surprised - in short, here is their answer: We have millions of users who do not need accounting, this is not a priority function, it may or may not.
2. Sell goods even with zero balance.
3. There is no differentiation of rights
4. We drive in the goods, and its balances are not updated
5. We open the program the next day and there is not a single product at all, or the seller cannot log in under his account because those works are being carried out, etc.
6. Very poor sales reports.
You can list endlessly, but the bottom line is that companies beat their heels in the chest and declare that we have millions of users, everything is ok. How these millions of entrepreneurs keep records in these systems remains a mystery to me.
I write the systems that I tested and remembered:
online
light accounting
box cloudShop
big bird
LiteBox
Business ru
Tirika
OPSURT
and others I settled
on the application My warehouse 2000r per month this software has one fat minus
-does not know how to properly calculate the salary of an employee, all with pens, in the TP they say there is no such report, but it may be in the future. There are also quite a lot of jambs to customize for yourself, each action is communication with the TP and picking in the wilds in your personal account. There is no grouping of goods all in one pile, all 500 or more items - and this is the TOP software on the market.
I got the impression that many companies take an open software template, put their logo and put it on sale, many even have a carbon copy interface and basically the same shortcomings.
Dear entrepreneurs, please advise one really working commodity accounting system.
Thank you for your time
