Criteria of confidence in the site/service by visitors accepting payment for digital goods/services online?

Иными словами: кто какие критерии использует для повышения доверия к своим сервисам и на что обращает внимание, когда пользуется сторонними сервисами, когда встаёт вопрос об оплате/покупке цифровых товаров/услуг электронным способом?

1) One price regardless of the payment method (Yandex.Money, QIWI, bank card - one price, no extra charges)
2) Normal payment gateway, not some dubious sharaga
3) PCI DSS certified
4) Accept PayPal
5) Specified contact the data is correct (you can get through by phone, they answer by email, there are company details, legal address)
6) Demo version, trial period.

Ну дополню чем могу:
1) EV SSL, чтобы название фирмы светилось в адресной строке
Но на самом деле, очень часто случае решает ЦЕНА.
Людей, кто разбирается в сертификатах, телефонах и может оценить доверие к сайту не так много.

2. General quality of the site and acceptable design (rather than "hello from 2000")
3. Availability of a TP (which really answers)
4. Availability of reviews
5. Trial period / coupons for testing
6. Possibility to return money in case of something -either (that is, such an opportunity is generally provided, they say: "If you don't like it, we'll refund the money", and not "you paid and we don't give a shit"
Well, about the payment gateway - it's obvious that it's not some kind of left crap.
