If this is an individual work every time, then how the accountant should help here, usually this is the duty of a lawyer.
Somehow you need to enter such a thing as official duties (labor instructions) and write down who and what should do, and so don’t screw it up, it won’t help you if you haven’t done the elementary.

If an accountant needs a private entrepreneur / individual entrepreneur / LLC to submit documents once a month - either online for himself or an aunt sitting at home and making such reports for a dozen clients for a small amount.
Accounting is active - permanent contracts / customer accounts - then there is already a person on the staff, or outsourcing, as in paragraph 1, depending on the volume.
Contracts - sorry, the accounting department should not deal with contracts - this is the business of a lawyer, from accounting it is usually just signed by the chief accountant.
