Can you tell me a simple freelancer financial accounting service?

Hey!
I know about my business and the Elbe. About megaplan and planfix.
first for reporting. Black Accounting (God forgive me and the Federal Tax Service) will not work.
Now I’m running a megaplan and today I realized that I can’t force myself to go to the site. I'm AFRAID of what's going on there :) Problems with the courses. And in general the interface is not clear. I got confused with the connections (there is one client who constantly buys and pays for 20 bucks)

What do you want:
1) Get revenue from customers
2) Make purchases of domains and hosting
3) Make payments to contractors
4) Reports on projects, contractors and customers. (debts, profits and expenses)

Google Docs - in principle, you can add. But, there is no automation and reports :(
Of course you can come up with something else. Or even write your own. but I wonder what habralyudi do?

For external reporting I use My Business. There are not many counterparties, large contracts - I visit only during the submission of reports and for invoicing / acts.
As a home accounting, I use the desktop 1C: Money 8 , which the vendor once gave me. I think it’s just right for you - a simple interface, planning income / expenses operations, a scheduler, a powerful 1C report generator. The only negative is the desktop solution and only for Windows. There is just a division in the context of debts / savings / operations / goals, etc.
By the way, there is a box of ridiculous money. Something in the region of 500-600 rubles. There is a demo

Google docs is simply uploaded to excel, and then you can add reports - I now have home accounting like this

I use Excel (income \ expense, filters, pivot tables). Everything turns out exactly as you need, revenue, income, expenses, taxes, profit - in the context of articles, customers, suppliers, projects for the selected period.
Until recently, I drew documents myself, now through “My Business” (although I’m not very satisfied with the service).
From time to time I think to buy 1C and for finance - 1C "Management of a small company"

all reporting can be generated directly in the Google spreadsheet. Implement using Google Apps Script. I can help in the implementation of [email protected]
- generating any reports for everything, for a specific one, for a period of time, etc.;
- mailing to clients (participants) in one click;
- generation of individual numbers (identifiers);
- creation of filters;
In general, it is not difficult to automate tables.
