One LLC and several projects or one LLC - one project?
Good evening!
Please forgive me for my illiteracy in the field of jurisprudence, but I really did not understand one point ...
Soon it will turn out that two projects will appear and develop in parallel (an online store and an online service for working with data) and it would be necessary to form an LLC. I noticed that at the bottom of auto.ru LLC "AVTO.RU" is written, for example, and at some other sites, that is, the name of the LLC coincides with the domain name. But it seems to me that it is impossible for one person to register an LLC for each project, or it is possible, but it will hit the wallet twice as hard.
Is it possible to create one LLC and somehow link two projects to it? And how?
I will be glad for your tips.

Of course, create 1, you can attach as many projects to it as you like.
Firstly, you can select several OKVED and link reporting to them.
Secondly, it is much easier to keep records of 1 LLC than 2, 3, etc.
Thirdly, you can also protect the right to a trademark every time for 1,000 - regardless of its name. Of course, there are branded companies, but, as a rule, then you need to look towards public joint-stock companies.
Fourthly, the binding is simple: you get a certificate from any normal registrar for the domain that it was issued to you and belongs to you, payment, respectively, is made from the LLC account. If you need trademark protection, etc., it’s also not a problem - you file an application and register it (although TK for TK is redundant).
Actually, the binding in this case is the contracts on the basis of which you will work with counterparties (including offers with users); documents, cat. confirm your activities (from the goals in the Charter to the same TOR); actually, boo. and tax reporting for various OKVEDs. Nothing overly complicated, tk. many companies initially take related activities and see which one works.
If in doubt - write, I can recommend something else.
you can open at least a hundred. if you master the reporting =). different LLCs are opened to reduce risks for large projects. if they wring out one, then there is time to withdraw from the blow of the other.
In the group of companies where I work, the meaning of the work of several organizations is purely utilitarian. At one organization, a concession agreement (and this does not allow working with competing products), another is imprisoned for simplification, for a third activity of a different direction, and so on. If you have an adequate accountant, there is not much difference what and how to take, subject to a reasonable delineation of areas of activity.
