One check on two ports - How to do it right?

There are many remote offices.
It is necessary to check the availability of the web port on the routers of these offices.
The problem is that this is partly port 80 and partly 8080.
Accordingly, you need to get "1" if any of these ports is available (and "0" if none is available).
I see an option to create two different templates and assign them depending on the port of the router.
But it seems to me quite right on the forehead.
Is there a more elegant and flexible/correct solution?
PS. I ask you not to suggest combing all routers under one port.
