How to identify problems in zabbix web monitoring?

I control several sites through zabbix web monitoring, I have never seen a more charming and non-transparent thing in monitoring.
In monitoring, I check only one step, return 200 response
. From time to time, alerts about sites crash.
I check the nginx login everywhere, it returned a 200 response in the error log, everything is also clean.
In zabbix, there is generally no way to see what the problem is in web monitoring, it is only known that it was.
How to be? Where to dig?

zabbix server and client have logs where errors are clearly written.
If the values are unclear, you can always change the polling model to parse the error completely. In your version, you need to change the behavior of the survey - and sound the alarm not after one wrong answer, but after three repetitions.
