How to install pptpd on CentOs 7 with Zabbix?

The essence of the question is, what is the problem, I can’t install pptpd in any way:
There is CentOs 7 with Zabbix 3.

$yum repolist
repo id repo name status
base/7/x86_64 CentOS-7 - Base 9,363
extras/7/x86_64 CentOS-7 - Extras 435
updates/7/x86_64 CentOS-7 - Updates 393
zabbix/x86_64 Zabbix Official Repository - x86_64 92
zabbix-non-supported/x86_64 Zabbix Official Repository non-supported - x86_64 4

I tried to add EPEL, somehow it didn’t work... (see above)
I spat on this matter, let me just install pptpd, I took this rpm:
$rpm -Uvh pptpclient.sourceforge.net/yum/stable/rhel6/x86_64...
Retrieving pptpclient.sourceforge.net/yum/stable/rhel6/x86_64...
warning: /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.kBRRqR: Header V3 DSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID 862acc42: NOKEY
Preparing... ################################[ 100%]
package pptp-release-4-7.rhel6.noarch is already installed

Like "installed", well, I think we'll move on well, and he told me)
$yum -y install pptpd
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: mirror.corbina.net
* extras: mirror.corbina.net
* updates: mirror.corbina.net
No package pptpd available.
Error: Nothing to do

Well, actually, that's all ... (with epel the same story)
I think it's because of zabbix'a turnips, but I don't know how to check or how best to proceed.
I tried all the possible options for installing pptpd (not thoughtlessly), which I found by googling - it did not help.

package pptp-release-4-7.rhel6.noarch is already installed
You look, suddenly it is already installed):
yum list installed pptp Otherwise
, I don’t quite understand why the command to install, after rpm is installed, I don’t recommend installing packages like this at all , due to dependencies.
