On which linux php distribution will the site work faster?

Will the site work faster on centos for example than on ubuntu? Or does it depend on the size of the distribution, for example, there is a version with a desktop, it will be slow, but there is a minimum set that will be faster, and the speed of the site just depends on this, and not on the distribution?

The speed of the site does not depend on the distribution. It depends on the version of php, on the correct configuration of the web server, on the presence of a cache, on the correct writing of the code, on the iron, but on the distribution kit in the last and not decisive turn.
