On what to collect the project?
There are plans for one project.
The main audience is mobile users, but desktop users are also important.
Initially, there was an idea to build the front on Vuejs + Laravel, and then pack it into an application.
But I decided to ask for advice.
Maybe it’s more correct to make a mobile application first, and then display everything through the API on a web application?
Or don’t bother with the application at all and work with PWA later?
Does anyone have experience with such schemes?
The application will be free, and I would not like to pay for developer accounts in the Play Market and AppStore.
And a related question. Is it worth using the giant Laravel if you need the simplest backend and only registration, authorization and CRUD from the functionality?

Pack in laravel app? What for?
If you want to pack, then only front-end technologies are enough for you.
Giant LaravelOfftopic. It sounds ridiculous when Laravel is called a giant, given that it is a RAD framework for startups.
