Don't hide Firebase push notifications when logging into a mobile app?

I set up push notifications using the cordova-plugin-firebasex plugin (13.0.1) and send notifications through the server, but when I enter the applications, all pushes are discarded or when I click on one of them, all the rest are deleted. Telegram is very conveniently implemented, notifications are closed only when you explicitly close or follow them.
Can you please tell me how to implement this approach?
