On what platform to make an online school?

I'm doing my Apple educational technology school.
I saw that free sites like Getcourse are focused on marathons and master classes.
And platforms for classical education are almost all paid. A more or less good free analogue of Google classroom, but there are video conferences in the version for Russia.
Are there any other alternatives? Preferably with an IOS app.
