On what platform to make a corporate library?

Good afternoon.
Tell me how you can solve the problem for a small campaign.
It is necessary to organize a data library (PPT, PDF, Excel, training videos, etc.) from different folders on a network drive for employees to familiarize themselves with it. This is now implemented as a simple HTML page with hyperlinks to a network drive. No engine is used.
We tried to integrate through the library in Bitrix24, but at the corporate level, a custom template is used that is compatible with the version that does not support the library.
I would like to bring this "library" into a modern look: add a search, make a modern layout and wheelchairs.

Prompt what available platforms are for creation of the general corporate library. Preferably open source or free solutions.

Look towards sharepoint there is also a free version. Built-in search and a bunch of templates for all occasions. It can also search in file balls. Or look towards alfresco
