On what engine from Excel to make a site-catalog of organizations?

In Excel format, there is a database of organizations with characteristics.
I would like to make a website based on this data.
Is there any out-of-the-box solution for this? Or with minimal modifications.
Ideally Wordpress.

Transfer the data to a Google spreadsheet and you can use this service. Well, or by analogy, write your own.
Z.s. what am I for. And besides, if you do the database on Excel, then there will be problems with the hosting / server. And Google sheets already gives you hosting / database. All you have to do is to connect to your domain
