Is there a library / framework - page builder?

My task is this. It is necessary to provide users of my CMS with the ability to create pages without getting into clouds of code. I need a page builder that can be integrated into my system (implemented in PHP, YII2). I found similar solutions in the form of desktop programs:
Pingendo
Bootstrap Studio
Are there similar solutions in the form of frameworks or libraries that can be integrated for free?
