On Linux Mint, the sound hiccups, what could be the reason?

After installing mint, the sound appears intermittently and everything slows down, especially noticeable when moving windows. I went into the sound settings, and there in the devices "Analog headphones" blinks, then it appears then disappears, and because of this the sound hiccups, as soon as I switch to HDMI (the speakers are built into the monitor), then everything works great. The sound is integrated into the motherboard, two monitors hdmi and dvi. What could be the reason?

@frost18

Repeat 100 times:

Hiccup hiccup, from Mint to Fedora.
From Fedora to Debian. From Debian to Windows.
Don't go anywhere with Windows :)
The hiccups must pass :)

As far as I know, this happens due to incorrect PulseAudio config.
He needs to be given more cash. Or kick it out...
