Old TV or how to save money?

Hello. I want to ask for advice regarding TVs and connections.
There is no one to ask, so I hope someone will help me with advice.
I recently moved and the builders didn’t run the cable from the shield to me, I don’t want to drill anything anymore.
There is a TV old man with a good diagonal. The only outputs on it are RCA, VGA and something else, there is no HDMI.
I would like to know if there is any way to connect a TV set-top box or Wi-Fi adapter to this old man?
