You need a DLNA Server that will allow you to broadcast content to several TVs at the same time and, in the future, different content to groups of TVs.
Also, the question is which is better to use the player on TVs to receive content? Now KODi is installed, but it has very big problems when broadcasting a playlist with photos and videos (when playing a video after a photo, the photo remains on top of the video content)

Now I use a regular dlna server in the zyxel keenetic router, it reproduces without problems on the TV and tablet (at the same time).
Previously used minidlna server on linux, did not notice any playback problems.
