S-Video PC - S-Video TV.
It seems to me that there are no options here. Of course, you can S-Video - SCART or S-Video - RGB, but why make it so complicated?
Just keep in mind that S-Video contacts can be different, it is not visible on the TV whether they are 4 PIN or 7 PIN. If the TV has 7 PIN, then just a S-Video-S-Video 7 PIN cable.
