Offline parser sip signaling, does anyone know something similar to flow in wireshark but under windows?

Tell me please, what can I use to parse sip alarms offline? ngrep or sngrep are not suitable, the signaling is already in text form, it will not be possible to remove pcap for technical reasons,
or perhaps someone knows a way to slip the logs to wireshark. I would be very grateful for science.
