Offline data storage for Windows Phone on Phonegap?

Is there a reliable offline data store for a cordova application on Windows Phone?
If you go in order:
1) Websql is not natively supported, and the plugin throws an error, those are not reliable.
2) Indexeddb has no native support.
3) localstorage is also not particularly reliable.
In this regard, the question is, where to store data on windows phone?
