Offline analogue of Dropbox?

I really like this service, but due to the limited Internet, its use is very limited.
Can someone tell me an analogue that does not require the Internet and works on the principle of "set it and forget it"?
The main scope of use: synchronization between desktop and laptops.

Dropbox can work over a local network. Those. if all your computers are in the same local area, files will not be chased over the Internet. The Internet is needed in this case only for authorization.

skydrive from microsoft. He, too, like dropbox is synchronized by net and by lan, but it seems that you can turn off net there, leave only lan

I also advise you to look at SyncToy from Microsoft. link: goo.gl/GddHV

unison www.cis.upenn.edu/ ~bcpierce/unison/
is specially designed for two-way synchronization and there seems to be a gui.
