Office online editors for NextCloud?

We work with OnlyOffice + NextCloud, but their open source policy is very vague, how can there be a restriction on the use of an open source product? The maximum number of users connected to the document server is 20, if you want more, buy.
This approach does not suit us, we are looking for a replacement for OnlyOffice, with a fully open license, without absurd restrictions and the ability to integrate with NextCloud.
Gentlemen, if someone has experience with such systems, please share.
Requirements:
1. All documents must be stored on our servers
2. Online Office must not have any restrictions.
