Does an encrypted disk exist in the clouds?

I want to have a disk that can be accessed from any computer. But if, say, you place a TrueCrypt container in DropBox and use it from several computers (otherwise, why?), then what happens if its copies are mounted on different machines, two different versions of the same container appear?
In general, how to get security and clouds, two in one, and also for reasonable money or for free?

Is it the disk? To work as a disk over WebDAV or cloud storage?
If a disk is not required, then I would advise mega , encryption is built-in there, and a key is generated, and everything is encrypted on the client side.
That is, they fundamentally do not store decrypted data.
And they have good speed.
And 50 gigabytes on a free plan. And reasonable fees.

And I will advise OwnCloud.
The fact is that paranoia does not allow me to believe in all this "everything is encrypted with us, we do not look at your traffic" and so on. And here - the resource is yours, in theory you trust the channel, you choose the protocol.
Now specifically about TC. Will the container be used more than once? If so, then everything will be OK. And at the same time there will be no opportunity.
It is important not to forget the container to back up.
