Office administration and Internet setup

Hello gentlemen.

I recently set up a web server for myself about two months ago, apache + nginx, postfix, mysql, php and other useful things, such as phpmyadmin, I wrote the script for backups of the necessary data and set it to be executed by cron.

In a word, I was a little imbued and I liked it. I want to know Zen on a deep level. I have already read books on Linux and not one, in general terms I can work, I even kind of made friends with Genta, we talk with her at night.

I would like to comprehend everything at the level of "organization" of the work of the office for 30-50 places, chtoli.
I don't know what could be useful, necessary, important. Can eat books or manuals of the organization of a network for needs of the ENTERPRISE?!

I know about iptables, what else can be important besides blocking asec, music, sites with pussies?!!!
ip telephony, PBX, does it all relate to administration? All sorts of user databases and other chips?
What do you need to know in order to confidently organize work for 99% of the needs of almost any plankton enterprise?

In a word, I would like something like this answer:

You need to know

1. iptables to configure routing, block sites, certain services
2. Some kind of crap to do this and that
3. Owning a tambourine will be a plus, because. blah blah blah

I would be very grateful for your help.

@smartlight

it is better to use squid to filter users.
I use squid + squidGuard + HAVP. There are manuals on google.
using dhcpd on the server would be a plus. i am using isc dhcpd.
It is desirable to read about BIND.
also a good experience will be the study of desktop Linux - I recommend, no matter how trite, Ubuntu
