How to transfer yii2 site from localhost (windows) to hosting (linux)?

downloaded the directory, imported the database, registered a new path to the database in the configs.
in filezilla project and files assigned 777 access.
What else needs to be done?

You don't have permission to access /WebSchool/web/assets/f8abc798/css/bootstrap.css
on this server.

Look carefully at the permissions of the assets folder (as well as runtime) . Its content is generated automatically and most likely Yii cannot write anything there.
In general, it is better to put permissions on folders 755 and on files 644
