Machine translation from one language to another

I am looking for an online service for translating texts. Translation is not commercial, for your own needs. A system is needed to manage the translation process, see the original text and enter the translated one.
Requirements:
1. free for personal use or collaborative translation of texts
2. ideally have a built-in translator

there is no ready-made such that online and nasharu with a translator,

There are several. There you can even translate crowdfunding. There are translation versions, there is a verifier.
