nVidia driver flashes image, how to solve the problem?

Good day, guys! Help with my problem, please, here is the input data:

Hardware:
1) Monitor - ASUS VA249HE 23.8 "connected via HDMI
2) Video cards on which tests were carried out GeForce RTX 2060SUPER and GeForce GT 730

Description of the problem:
The image on the monitor is backlit - The black color is not deep more gray than black Other plus/minus colors are ok but depth is lacking especially black

.
I stumbled upon a "crutch" on how to return "good" deep colors, quite by accident. I installed Assassin's Creed Odyssey and it APPLIED its color profile to the entire system! It worked like this: I launched the game, it started loading immediately during the first full-screen image, I minimized and immediately unfolded and then the color profile of the game was already applied, I immediately pressed alt + F4 and this color profile remained until the machine was rebooted. It worked only on a certain nVidia driver, when this crutch updated it, it stopped working (installed the old driver with a clean install and continued to use the "crutch").
There was also a "good" color rendition after reinstalling Windows, before installing the driver ...

Question:
Guys who faced such a problem? Help with advice or a decree to action, please!

Is the monitor connected via HDMI? Set the nvidia control panel to "full dynamic range":
