Npm modules and windows?

I installed the tsd module via npm. I decided to use it and tsd is not an internal or external command, etc. I decided to restart the computer, everything remained the same. Then I decided to write the path to tsd in PATH with my hands and the same thing, tell me what to do?

If you set it globally (with the -g switch), then try creating the NODE_PATH system variable with the value %AppData%\npm\node_modules.

put some vagrant with Linux and don't torture yourself. The benefit is put in a couple of clicks practically.
nodejs under Windows is so-so to use.
