Notification by classifiers (importance / severity) of events?

Good afternoon everyone
Given:
Zabbix 4.2
Email alerts are configured - everything works normally without any issues.
There is a user - let's say audit
Changed the category importance (severity) from information -> audit and the color is different.
Audit rights to read all hosts, your dashboard, etc. That is, the basic monitoring functions work for him. Can't change anything.
In the media user properties, his e-mail is set, notifications only about events from the (severity) audit category
Task:
When changing the importance (severity) of an event from no matter what to "Audit" in the dashboard and adding a comment, it is necessary that the letter goes to the addressee "audit" .
Question:
When the task is executed, the function is not executed, there are no notifications.
If you include admins in this chain, admins receive both email and other activated methods.
I made a separate trigger and immediately assigned the importance category "audit" to it - when a trigger condition occurs, it works and sends an e-mail as it should.
But if the trigger was from a different severity group (severity), and then changed it to "Audit", then all further remarks and comments in the trigger with the "audit" event do not receive a notification.
There is a feeling that in the mechanisms of the system there is still heredity in events from the previously standing category. Figuratively speaking, the owner of the trigger does not fully change and new rights are not assigned.
Halp, it is very necessary. I want to automate the notification of certain persons about some events using zabbix. And the form is suitable and history and so on. It would be great.
